Her action


In 2023, for recognition of her groundbreaking work examining wage inequality between men and women, Claudia Goldin the Nobel Laureate in Economic Sciences. She said when speakin about her research "I have always thought of myself as a detective, the detective always believes there is a way of finding the answer". 

Before Manuela worked at a global leadership consulting firm, where she gained expertise in project management. She also worked at Ashoka as a graduate student intern supporting the development of their social innovation ecosystem. 

Manuela holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development. Her international work experience spans from Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, United States and Europe.
